The fastest and most economical way to use Meshform is for U-section beams in foundation trenches.
There is no need to over excavate to create additional working space and over-lapping each U-Section by 150mm removes the requirement to tie each section together.
SEMI-RAFT FOUNDATIONS
The production of U-Shaped Meshform ground beams with uneven sides allows the stop-ending and concreting of the foundation beam wall and the floor section in a single cycle.
L- SHAPED FORMWORK
L-Shaped Meshform formwork must be attached to the blinding layer. It is ideal for wide shallow footings or foundations and square bases.
VERTICAL BEND GROUND BEAMS, PILE CAPS AND BASES
Foundation-height, flat Meshform material can be used for individual foundations or foundation extensions. It is bent in line with the dimensions of the foundation by using a series vertical bends.
CIRCULAR FORMWORK
Circular formwork is produced at found-ation height from flat Meshform material. In the case of narrow diameters for inspection chambers and manholes, the Meshform is radiused at our manufac-turing plant in Warrington.
For large bases such as wind turbines or chimneys, the material can be supplied preformed or flat.
