Minova Weldgrip have invested in a new bespoke machine to produce laminated  mesh panels to a maximum width of 2.4m.  The laminated panels can be produced with varying mesh apertures and wire diameters making them suitable for various applications including:

•     Formwork
•     Flood defence
•     Temporary fencing
•     Gabion panels and diaphragms
•     Tunnel lining coverage for water diversion
  
  

The formwork product is welded mesh panels, traditionally with 150mm x 75mm apertures, utilising 4.0mm wire at 75 mm and 5.5mm at 150mm spacing.  The panels measure 2.4m wide and lengths of 0.375m up to 3.0m available. 

The mesh is encapsulated in film and passed through a heat tunnel to be shrink wrapped.

The panels can be supplied in strips or bent into shapes as per the photos.    On site following placement of reinforcement concrete is poured.
